Your Mission: Change the World
Change is inevitable and inevitably difficult. No matter necessary or how well planned it may be, all change has to be processed by every individual affected. Every person has to deal with his or her perceptions of what that change will mean and, as the saying goes, perception is reality. But what might be possible if we could change our perceptions? How about more empowerment, a higher likelihood of buy-in, and less stress? Simple choices can make all the difference.
